Project Manager
The project manager fulfills his title by managing all aspects of any assigned construction project from start to finish. They are the primary estimator, performs material takeoffs, places orders, and coordinates deliveries. They create and maintain the construction schedule, coordinates subcontractors, and assesses the WillowRidge crew needs on a weekly basis.
The project manager works closely with the Field Superintendent in matters of schedule, construction plan details, materials, and crew usage. As the manager of a project they also fill the role of guide for clients and key communication link between WillowRidge and the homeowner. The project manager oversees any emergencies that may occur.
Superintendent
The vision for the position of Construction Superintendent has arisen out of a desire to more effectively connect field teams with the project management team, and ensure that our overall mission is being realized at all of the various levels and stages.
This position requires a high level of construction experience, as well as a support mindset to foster better communication, planning, and execution at the ground level. Our goal is to produce the highest level of craftsmanship while operating logically and efficiently.
General Laborer/Apprentice Carpenter
Seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by performing a range of physical tasks and assisting skilled tradespeople.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
Journeyman Carpenter
The Journeyman carpenter’s primary task is to complete construction projects at the direction ofWillowRidge management personnel, or the project foremen and supervisors. Journeyman carpenters are expected to have a wide breadth of knowledge in many different aspects of the construction field.
With a few exceptions, we would consider five years of intensive construction experience to be a minimum requisite for a beginning journeyman. Journeyman carpenters should be self motivated, and self sufficient; able to receive basic instruction and understand what is expected without extended discussions.
